kind and helpful staff I recently had the pleasure of staying at Toyoko Inn Iwakuni Eki Nishi Guchi for one night and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. They were quick to assist with any questions or requests, which was much appreciated. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, providing a relaxing environment to unwind. The facilities were excellent, and I found everything to be clean and well-maintained, which always makes a huge difference. The comfort of the room made my stay enjoyable. As for breakfast, it was decent, though I’d say it was a bit on the "so-so" side. It provided the basics, but I would have liked a bit more variety or something more flavorful to start the day. Overall, it was a great stay with fantastic service, a cozy room, and good facilities. I’d definitely recommend Toyoko Inn Iwakuni Eki Nishi Guchi for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Iwakuni.

The breakfast was not fancy, but there was a variety and adequate quantity. Almost everyone attended the breakfast over the morning period. Plenty of space to sit and have a bite to eat and a cup of coffee. Parking was available on site, and reasonable considering cost of parking elsewhere. Very convenient.

The breakfast was good. I only had it once, but there were various foods to choose from, very filling food. The rice was very delicious. They had coffee, of course. Wifi was very good, the Shower and bath were exceptional, and the bed was a nice firmness. The staff also helped me get back in my room a few times after locking my key card in it. There is an ice machine and vending machine in the lobby and coin washers and dryers, thay worked very well. There is a convenience store across the street, less than a minute's walk.

VERY HELPFUL STAFF MEMBERS. ROOMS WERE EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND TOWELS WERE PROVIDED DAILY. EXCELLENT LOCATION. A FEW MINUTES WALK FROM THE TRAIN AND NUMEROUS RESTAURANTS.

I liked the fact that they are eco-conscious (wooden spoons and forks in paper wrappings for breakfast, eco-friendly toilet paper). The room is very well equipped for the price. Breakfast is included and is quite good (except the bread).

The breakfasts were incredible with lots of vegetables and rice, eggs, natto, miso soup, as well as sweet rolls. We ate there two mornings and some of the dishes were the same some were new. We were able to take our breakfasts back up to our room to eat in privacy. The beds are firm and the room temperature is good. They have good washers and dyers on the first floor which are pretty fast.

This hotel is well kept and has a good location for visiting Iwakune. The place is clean, the staff is friendly. It is a fairly plain hotel- nothing special, but all in all I would recommend it to anyone looking for simple lodging
